I guess when you rent from this company, this is what you get… We showed up to this mess in the bedroom and the on-call person wouldn’t even return our call. I understand that things get missed, but the fact that Tansey Warner wouldn’t even return our call….

I can’t believe this is what we would show up to on our first night of vacation at 605 Dover House in Sea Colony. And the most ironic part was the receipt in the pile of trash from almost a month ago. Beware!!!!!

We have been staying at Sea Colony for about ten years now and this condo is not only filthy - dusty fans, hair on the cushions - it also has the cheapest, lowest grade furniture and is very poorly appointed. It’s the absolute bare minimum from the tiny lousy chairs on the deck to the low rent dining furniture. The owners should be ashamed and the rental company should never allow this property to be rented in this condition.

We arrived at our Sea Colony unit this past summer to find a broken chair on deck, a stain on the comforter, a hole in the bathroom wall, and the room smelled. The TW realty staff was not very apologetic and sent just the cleaning staff to address our concerns, even though I requested one of the TW agents to assess our unit. I wouldn’t book with them again. Ruined the first day of our trip. I have been going to Sea Colony since I was a child and this wasn’t up to the usual standards.
