I have been to this location twice and both times my bagel was barely toasted and this time there was two big pieces of cold butter on the bagel. The bagel was barely hot so the butter wasn’t melting. Mind you it was a simple order plain toasted bagel with butter if you can’t get that right then you have a problem. I won’t be returning.

I’ve been coming to Surf Bagel for years, I was so happy when they finally got the location in Milford since it was closer to home. Anything I’ve ever ordered from their menu has been amazing, no mistakes, wrong orders, nothing. Any need for coffee, breakfast or lunch, Surf Bagel is the place to go for quality food and good prices. Definitely my recommendation for any tourists or newcomers!

Prices are just way too high, and the quality doesn’t match what they’re charging. Their idea of “toasted” is way off — I got a tough, barely warm bagel with a smear of flavored cream cheese that somehow cost more than the bagel itself. Not a great combo at all. And the signature bagel sandwiches cost more than a full meal deal elsewhere. Super disappointing. I had hoped this would become my weekly spot, but unfortunately, that won’t be happening.
