I ordered bagels and found a black hair or string in my bagel. I threw out the rest of the bagels and called to get my money back. I called the manager twice and left two messages and no one ever called me back. Will not be going here again!

I’ve been a fan of Surf Bagel for many years and still am - however I was disappointed when I ordered a pint of chicken salad to go and got home to find that a pint was nowhere near a pint

This place is the best place I've eaten at in a while. I love everything about it. The food, service, and just everything about it. I especially love the eggs because of how soft and full of flavor they are! And the bagel is soft on the inside and a little hard on the crust on the outside. It's really good here and just a good experience! I would recommend coming here!!!
