What an amazing place to stay! From the point of check in with Jean who is just lovely.. all the through our stay was just perfect! Our room was spotless and cleaning staff was so sweet if you needed anything extra. Great location to the whole town and the beach! Would absolutely stay here again! Checking out I had a great conversation with Jean who knew all the good restaurants which we should have asked about but did ok picking ourselves. Wish we thought to ask her ahead of time. Also other guests were so kind as well. Absolutely a 5 star motel!

Booked this hotel last minute for a 2 night trip with my daughter and honestly it's been a great stay. The rooms are clean, service is super friendly, the pool is nice, it's quiet and it's in a great location for walking around Rehobeth. Will certainly come back again. A*

My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Rehoboth Beach at the Oceanus Motel. The room was clean, cool, and comfortable, with just about all the amenities one could reasonably expect for a motel. It was within walking distance of just about everything, though it could be a little too far from the beach for some.
