I asked the General Manager Lisa before I left to put cash on my debit card if I would still get my points/ free night for staying 2 nights before I go out to put money on my Card or would I need to pay for the room without my points to get the free night and the GM Lisa told me I can use my points plus cash and still get my free night then when I came back in to check in she said I couldn't get my free night because I used my points. That is a wyndham/employee fault and I want to be compensated for my free night. And I have been transferred twice to Wyndham rewards department and it is not sending me to the department just back to the main line. I paid for a night as well the night of the 30th at the hotel. The rewards member department didn't say I had to book online to earn my free night. If I don't get compensated for my troubles I will just tell my bank cash app how I was treated and I'll get my 2 nights I stayed for free. If your hotel employees don't know the rewards corporate side of things and the rewards don't know what is going on in the hotel then your employees need to be trained. A company needs to work in sync to succeed. I work in business. This is ridiculous. Also I booked yesterday on the phone for $107 and the hotel charged me $118 and when I asked why she said oh they don't know our rates. Well that's not how a business should run. Your departments need to run in sync and smoothly. She should have honored my rate. Not only did Lisa lie about the rewards she lied about the security deposit said that it wouldn't be taken out of my account but it was. I asked if this is a thing where they take the money and then it is deposited back in after checkout and she said no but it was taken and I did have to checkout to get it back. So really I should have 2 free nights for all the headache and troubles we do a lot of running around living out of hotels because we travel for our job and I am pregnant. Thank you .

I also think Sarah should be promoted to General Manager if she wanted to because she is very Hospitable, Kind, Courteous, relatable, sweet and caring and a REAL Human with a heart of Gold. Lisa lies too much and should be demoted or removed. I only give this a 1 rating because of Sarah being Amazing or else I would have put a 0.

Sarah you can tell really goes above and beyond and would make this hotel better if she was GM but you can tell she can't do as much as she can because of the rude lying GM Lisa.

Edit: After I posted this review she told me and my Husband while I'm pregnant and have a more painful pregnancy that we have to leave while our only vehicle is broke down we spent all of our money on trying to fix it and don't have enough for a tow she was EVEN MORE RUDE and said we have to get all of our things off the property and leave which are ALREADY in our car that we're trying to fix! She said if we don't get off she's going to call DEPD after all the trouble her and this company put us through and going through car isssues. We need to only go back to get a new part and that's it!

One of our issues when looking for a hotel was cleanliness, most hotel reviews in this area has issues with dirty rooms and bugs. This hotel was very clean and bug free! The service was quick and easy. They have a feature for you to check yourself in, this way when you arrive you state your name and your room key is ready. They also had this feature when checking out! The location of this hotel was amazing! Wawa, restaurants, Dunkin, Walmart and many other stores close by. My fiancée and I were very pleased with this hotel and will be returning!

The General Manager Lisa was awful and lied consistently more than 3 times. She stressed me out I basically live out of hotels for work she had me run around she did not accurately explain the points system so I lost my free night she did not accurately explain the security deposit. Hallie and Sarah were a blessing though. Sarah is SUPER sweet down to earth and God fearing, generous, kind, helpful. Sarah went above and beyond for me. If it wasn't for Sarah I would have left way sooner. Sarah at least made my stay somewhat better. You can't even call corporate to report issues they don't exist they just transfer you back to the main line. They said they would transfer me to a different department and it got switched back to the main line so went I pressed 0 again he said he was transferring me like the first person did and I said ok what number do I press and he said you don't press anything but it was the same exact main line where you have to press 0 to speak to someone. None of the other prompts had anything to do with my situation.
