Matt’s has become a favorite of locals and summer visitors to the area who crave traditional seafood favorites or something a little more creative. some of the menu staples include the lobster roll, crabcakes, fried shrimp and ipswich clams, a daily fresh fish selection, but also a few chef inspired specialties like shrimp & grits and day boat scallops. Matt’s is the place for an easy night out or lunch on a rainy beach day.

Stopped in for dinner No reservation and we were sat immediately as a party of 2, meanwhile a party of 6 after us was told 20 min wait. So for larger parties I suggest calling ahead. All of our food was amazing, (except a side of fries, not pictured. Good, just not with the extra money in my opinion) Our server Danielle was phenomenal. She was super helpful and knowledgeable with helping choose what oysters to order and customizing a drink for me. 10/10 for food and service.

Everything about this place was amazing. We sort of just wound up there while on vacation and boy was it a treat. Not only was it the cleanest restaurant I've ever been to, but it had some of the best food, too. The Sticky Ikky Chicken is delicious and tender, the crab fries are excellent and the best my mom has ever had, and the clams were the best my dad has ever had! Would definitely come again! Only complaint was that our water didn't get refilled, but it was no big deal :)

Matt's Fish Camp is a wonderful place for casual, yet elevated dining. Never too fancy, but certainly not a dive, either. My wife and I were able to get in without a reservation, and the wait was very reasonable. Matt's offers a wide selection of entrees, from raw seafood, to fried rice, to burgers. Their draft beer and cocktail selection was also extensive! I will definitely look forward to coming back here.
