La Baguette French Bakery

Had the opportunity to stop by this cute little bakery in 5 Points. It was open on a Monday while my other favorite bakery is closed. Very charming atmosphere and welcoming staff to help you. I highly recommend there fresh Almond muffins made every morning. They are know from there French Baguettes which are baked every morning at 2am. They have a variety of pastries and breads. Even French cheese to go along with your choices. The prices are lower compared to the other bakeries in the area. I’d have to say the muffins and croissants are much more moist than any other bakery in Lewes as well. I love there croissants since they are freshly made and not dry. I bought my mom an Almond muffins made with Almond Flour and she said it was the best one she’s had in Lewes to date. They even have tables outside for you to sip on their freshly made coffee with a morning pastry. Make sure you stop by on your next trip to Lewes and surrounding area. You will not be disappointed!! 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I go to the one in Dover since I live over that way. I came to this location because I was taking the ferry and wow-- this location is so much nicer, it makes me want to move over here. I walked in and the smell of homemade bread filled the air. The place is in a nice, quiet, community where there are other stores nearby. Will be back for sure!

I eat croissants at every bakery I go to and I have now FINALLY found real croissants! They are perfectly flakey, buttery (European butter), and delicious! I tried their almond, chocolate, and plain. All are delicious but nothing beats the original. If you want an authentic French croissant, come here!
