Seem to be the main player in Rehoboth, with lots of great short term rental listings. Once they've got your money they seem a lot less interested in communication though. Our most recent stay had a few hiccups, like a delay in gaining us entry, but the major annoyance was a cavalier attitude towards withholding to return of the security deposit. A couple of weeks after our stay they returned our deposit, less $50. I asked why that was and they said a stain on a mattress cover. Since there were seven beds I asked which one and what type of stain, or to just forward the picture they would presumably have taken if charging someone (and no, I don't believe there was an actual stain we were responsible for, and half-expected they would designate one of the beds we hadn't even used. One guy I got on the phone was initially confused about which rental was ours because there were several for that period of time with identical mattress pad claims.) They have ignore requests for information.

Horrible customer service. We had 10 soiled chair pads for main dining area of which were never cleaned and we had to sit on uncomfortable chairs every day. Secondly a few mattresses and pads were soiled and had to be laundered before use. Walls look like kids had wiped their hands on them. We paid for pool to be heated and I repeatedly sent emails to company but had to nag agency on Sunday to come over and adjust heater. His attitude was snippy and hia tone was highly disrespectful and he told us pool was not at proper water level and he placed a running hose into the pool to attempt to bring water level up so now pool wil be cold. We almost re booked with them but will be dealing with Mann & Sons going forward.
