⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A PERFECT 10/10 Stay at Hyatt Place Dewey Beach!
Our Class of 1990’s 35th Reunion Weekend could not have been more magical, and Hyatt Place Dewey Beach was a HUGE part of that experience! From the moment we walked in, the service, hospitality, and attention to detail were nothing short of *elite.*
The entire hotel was spotless, truly immaculate, and the staff? Exceptional doesn’t even begin to describe them. A special shout-out to Nicole , Carson, and Taliah (I hope I’m spelling that right!).
From check-in, Nicole went above and beyond. She didn’t just welcome us, she offered to take our luggage to our room ...without us even asking. That alone had me impressed, but it gets better. When she reached the room and noticed a barking dog nearby, she proactively relocated us to a quieter area before we even knew there was an issue. That level of thoughtfulness? WOW.
Breakfast was outstanding both mornings, and on our second day when bacon wasn’t on the bar, the incredible hostess literally cooked some fresh just for us and added it to the buffet. Who does that anymore?! Another WOW!
Our entire stay was superb, I wish I could give it a, 10-star rating, because this team deserves it. The reunion venue setup was phenomenal, the food was a hit, the layout was beautiful, the fire pits were cozy, and that sunset? God Himself curated that moment just for us. Every detail was perfect.
A heartfelt thank you to the entire Hyatt team, especially the front desk and housekeeping. Marie from housekeeping stopped by (Rm 332), you were a gem, always helpful, always kind, and always going above and beyond whenever we crossed paths by the elevator or the laundry room (lol).
This stay exceeded every expectation. I’m already planning my return visit later this season because of the warmth, professionalism, and hospitality of this incredible team.

Our stay was great! Location can't be beat, down the street from the shore and the various restaurants within a few minutes (the Lighthouse and Dewey Post, etc). We had a baby with us so as you can imagine, travel is a bit hectic. Mia made our night during our stay. We had ordered take out from the Lighthouse as it was only indoors seating and high tops so no space for baby (understandable, given early November). We had planned to eat our dinner at the Atrium but saw that it was completely reserved for an event. We were pretty bummed. But Mia kept insisting that she could pull out a table, chairs, and a high chair for us. We kept declining cause it seemed like it was too much to do and we would be able to figure something out. But that didn't stop her and she actually set us up with all of that at the breakfast counter area. We were able to enjoy our prime ribs and baby was able to enjoy her fruits. So thank you so much Mia!! Everyone else was also very sweet and great, took time to make short conversations when not busy. (Maybe it was because I had a baby, but everyone was very pleasant to speak with.)

Love the Hyatt Place Dewey beach! Clean, cozy, and spacious rooms, perfect location, outstanding amenities, and impeccable customer service. Mia J. is an absolute treasure! She helped me tremendously with sorting out reservation errors made by the Hyatt customer service agent I initially dealt with by phone when calling the 1-800 number. Mia straightened everything out seamlessly, and was polite, helpful, and knowledgeable. It is clear that she values Hyatt guests and is committed to providing A+ customer service. Thank you, Mia! Can't wait for my next stay at the Hyatt Place Dewey Beach.
