Booked a stay here for two nights during the Sea Witch Festival. The room was nice and clean. It had a basic continental breakfast with the added bonus of a waffle maker.
The location is close to two bus stops (one for both directions across the main road from one-another). There's also a small shopping area and a tourist gift shop.
Very convenient for Rehoboth if you plan on using public transportation.

So NASTY The sofa in the lobby gross with dirt and stains.
Hallway carpet grossly unclean. Handle fell off our toilet.
Wanted a refund as soon as we walked in and saw this place. We were denied. No closet. I could go on but Im sure you got the picture. Don't stay here.

Front desk lady was sweet. The lobby has nice smell that tricks you. You walk into lobby and it smells so nice and clean. And as soon as you walk to your room the hallways smell terrible and the carpet is gross.
The room was so dirty I couldn’t wait to check out of my stay. The bed was okay. But the room and bathroom were just disgusting. The floors and walls were so dirty. There were bug eggs and a cockroach in my room. I felt gross when I had to take a shower in the bathroom. It just didn’t feel clean. And the bathroom floors had a lot of black spots.
Every time we walked into our room it smelled soooo musty.
I would never stay here again. Or recommend it. The location is great. But I can just tell they don’t clean the rooms well here. It’s disgusting.
