I've been to a lot of private owned Hotels & this was on the list of only bring your mistress here.
I'm ok with a smoking venue but you can't have a floor with ½ smoking and ½ not! The entire hallway smells like smoke and the non smokers still suffer.
2nd. Our room was infested with ants. We asked for bug spray but it seemed to bug the front desk agent that I had to ask. Then after we pulled out both beds. It was only to discover that housekeeping isn't keeping up house.
There's crumbs and junk back there!
Thirdly, we asked politely for front desk to come sweep up the dead ants and the crumbs they are living with her response was I can't leave the front desk but you can come get a broom!
ABSOLUTELY NOT!
If a friend wasn't treating id be getting my money's back for the lack of FUKs giving by the staff and clearly Management!
The removing of the building needs to come with a staff that cares about the integrity of the brand!
Might as well be a motel😩 so disappointed

I cannot, in good faith, recommend this establishment due to the unprofessionalism displayed by the manager, Sarah H. Upon our arrival, we were met with immediate hostility when we simply stated that we were there to pick up our key, having already visited a week prior to pay for the room with Reyna (spellcheck her name-She was a delight). Rather than providing a welcoming and accommodating experience, Sarah refused to fulfill reasonable requests, including a roll-out cot and clean towels—despite housekeeping failing to replace the used ones.
Multiple guests witnessed these interactions, and we have even recorded one of them. It is unclear why Sarah treated my family and me with such disregard, but her conduct was entirely unprofessional. I strongly encourage upper management to address this matter and provide her with thorough retraining in customer service, guest relations, and professionalism. Unfortunately, her current approach is not enhancing the reputation of this business but rather diminishing it.

SERVICE WAS AWFUL, PAID 400 DOLLARS FOR TWO ROOMS AND THEY MADE US LEAVE FOR NO ABSOLUTE REASON, THEY WERE WERE SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL AND RACIST,WAS TRYING TO BE KIND AND NICE TO THE EMPLOYEES BUT THEY HAD A ATTITUDE BECAUSE WE WERE BLACK AND HAD A BIG FAMILY, CALLED THE COPS ON US FOR NO REASON AT ALL …DO NOT GO HERE !!!!!!!!!!!!
