If you are looking for a hotel that does the basics exceptionally well (cleanliness, order, amenities including a pool and fitness center, staff friendliness) this is it.
Being totally honest, I was expecting something slightly crude but was repeatedly pleasantly surprised at how exceptionally clean this place was for a beach adjacent budget hotel.
The breakfast offerings are simple but of good quality and the make your own waffles were notably very good. The cleaning staff were abundant and hard at work every day, and provided us with an abundance of fresh towels and face cloths. A big shout out to these ladies who do an astounding job at keeping this place clean day in a day out.
Highly recommend this place!!

I was pleasantly surprised on my first stay here.
The room was spotless. Kudos to housekeeping. They did a great job during my stay. Simple, but attractively appointed,, lots of towels and pillows....but the mattresses were a bit hard.
The breakfast was serviceable, but nice that they offer coffee 24 hours a day.
Staff was friendly, although no one seems to regularly monitor the front desk.
The location was convenient, stores and restaurants very close by, and it was an easy quick ride to the beach.
Overall, it ended up being a bit nicer than expected.

We had a quick stay at the Comfort Inn Rehoboth Beach on July 13. From Christina at the front desk to the breakfast staff and housekeeping, everyone was wonderful. There was another front desk attendant that helped us the morning of July 14 that sadly I did not get her name. Wonderful service from her as well. The room was clean and spacious. My sister and I were traveling with our 8 and 9 year old grandsons. They loved the hotel and the pool. We'll be back!
